Make a Payment
Already booked with us? This is the place to take care of your deposit or your balance. Your exact amounts and due dates are in your signed rental agreement.
What's due, and when
- A non-refundable rental deposit is due when you sign your agreement — that's what reserves your date. Your date isn't held until it's paid in full.
- Your remaining balance is due in full 60 days before your event.
- Your total includes a mandatory cleaning fee. It is non-refundable and is not a damage deposit — there's no separate breakage deposit, but we do reserve the right to charge for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
How you can pay
Current rates apply to cash or check payments only — card payments carry a 3% surcharge, so paying by cash or check saves you the fee. Idaho state sales tax (6%) applies to the venue rental fee and the cleaning fee.
