Choose how many days you want the property — one, two, or the whole weekend. Every package is the event space itself; add the rentals kit or karaoke if you'd like, and build a live estimate below.

Venue packages

Every package includes

Use of the Event Pavilion and the Ice House prep facility for your event days.

A full description of everything the package includes is on its way from the venue and will be added here shortly.

Optional extras

Add-ons & fees

Equipment rentals — the rental items package, canopies, and karaoke — are paid on the day of your event.

There's no separate breakage deposit — but the owner reserves the right to charge for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Coming soon: on-site cabins, a geodome, and a bridal room arrive by 4th quarter 2026. They aren't included in the venue rental — we'll publish pricing when they're ready.

This is an estimate, not a quote. Your real price is confirmed by us in writing before anything is booked. Nothing you select here is reserved, held, or charged.

$125 one-day event · $250 two-day event · $250 full weekend — your price follows the days you chose in step two. Requires our golf cart waiver before your event.

On-site cabins, a geodome, and a bridal room are coming to the property by 4th quarter 2026. None are bookable yet, and the venue fee does not include them. We'll publish pricing when they're ready.

Good to know

Taxes & payment

  • Idaho state sales tax (6%) applies to the venue rental fee and the cleaning fee. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are taxable.
  • Current rates apply to cash or check payments only; card payments carry a 3% surcharge.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total reserves your date. Your balance is due in full 60 days before your event.
  • We strongly recommend event cancellation and liability insurance — our deposits are non-refundable, and a policy typically costs $100–$400 for a standard wedding. About event insurance
