The Venue

• Event Pavilion

  A covered pavilion with electricity, lighting, and seating — home base for dinner, dancing, and your weather backup plan.

• Year-round Mores Creek

  Mores Creek runs through the property all year — one of the only venues in the area with its own water. It's the backdrop for vows, portraits, and golden-hour wandering.

• Tables, chairs & linens available to rent

  Up to 30 round tables, 200 chairs, and table linens on site — rented as one flat package (wine barrels included) so you don't have to truck them in.

• Karaoke sound system available to rent

  Speakers and a microphone for toasts, announcements, and a late-night singalong — or bring your own.

• 13×13 canopies available to rent

  Canopies for shade and shelter across the grounds, rented as a set.

• The Ice House

  A dedicated prep building with refrigerators and supply storage — work space and cold storage for your caterer. Soon to be renovated, with vending machines and a washer & dryer on the way.

• A playground for all ages

  A large tree swing, tetherball, a sandbox, and a swimming hole — room for kids (and kids at heart) to roam while you celebrate.

• The natural setting

  A quaking aspen grove, a picturesque bridge, and towering pines frame the property — the reason it photographs the way it does.

• Private gated entry

  A gated, private entrance over the creek keeps your event yours — invited guests only.

• Room for a crowd

  Up to 150 guests without a fire inspection — and most events here are 125 or fewer, with parking the practical limit. Planning something bigger? Inquire and we'll talk it through together.

Items marked available to rent — tables, chairs, linens (with wine barrels included), canopies, and the karaoke system — aren't included in the venue rental fee. They're on-site extras you can add when you book.
